Third Year Practice Certification

Students who wish to be certified for third year practice in the State of Virginia must have satisfactorily completed Evidence, a course that fulfills the professional responsibility requirement, and have completed four semesters of law study.  Students who wish to be certified in a state other than Virginia should consult the rules of that state.
