Students may pursue placements not covered by the clinical course offerings; for example, a student may wish to clerk for a General District or Juvenile Court judge or may seek a placement with general counsel for a not for profit organization. Placements must be approved by the instructor, must not be compensated, must be supervised on-site by an attorney, and must serve the public interest. There is a contemporaneous class component with required attendance. Permission of the instructor is required; limited enrollment. A student enrolled in this course may not simultaneously participate in another clinical program. This is a two semester course. Up to Six Credits, depending on placement.
