We are currently accepting submissions for Volume 5, Issue 1 to be published in December 2013.
All submissions should be of scholarly quality and comply with current Bluebook citation standards. For stylistic matters not addressed by The Bluebook, the Journal refers to the Texas Law Review Manual on Usage & Style.
There is no specific length requirement for articles, although the submission should be long enough to present its thesis and assertions logically and adequately. The Journal will accept for consideration any submission from legal scholars, academics, or practitioners.* We do not currently accept submissions from outside students.
Additionally, the Journal welcomes article ideas. We sometimes have willing authors lacking only a worthy topic. If you have an idea related to climate change, environmental law, or energy policy on which you would like to see an article written, please contact us.
Hard copy manuscripts submitted to the Journal will not be returned unless accompanied by a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope. All submissions must contain an abstract and current curriculum vitae.
