Biography

Laura S. Fitzgerald earned her B.A. from Hollins College and her J.D. from Yale School of Law, where she was Senior Editor of The Yale Law Journal. She clerked for the Hon. Louis F. Oberdorfer of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia from 1987-88 before entering private practice. At Washington and Lee Sdhool of Law, she taught Federal Jurisdiction, Federal Civil Procedure, and Civil Rights.
