Summer Submission Program

The Editorial Board of the Washington and Lee Law Review invites academics and practitioners to submit works of legal scholarship for expedited review during the months of May, June, and July.  The Summer Submission Program will operate according to the following terms:

·                           The Board will complete its review and convey its decision to the author within two weeks for any manuscript received as part of the Program. 

·                           By submitting a manuscript to the Program, the author agrees to accept an offer of publication in the Washington and Lee Law Review if an offer is made during the two-week period.

·                           Only manuscripts submitted between May 11 and July 31 are eligible for consideration under the Program.

·                           The Board requests that authors limit their submissions to the Program to one manuscript. 

For consideration as part of our Summer Submission Program, manuscripts must be submitted via email to lawreview@wlu.edu with a subject line containing "Summer Submission Program."
