Phi Alpha Delta (PAD) will sponsor its annual charity auction this Friday, November 4 at 5:30 pm in the Moot Court Room at the School of Law. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to bid on various prizes donated by the faculty and staff at Washington and Lee University, including lunches at various local restaurants with the professors, golf outings, a plane trip to a football game at the University of Michigan, and much more. The auction will be preceded by a reception at 4:30 pm in the Moot Court Lobby.
Proceeds from this year’s auction will benefit the Lexington Free Clinic Dental Services, which is in dire need of funds in order to meet the high demand for dental services from local residents. Last year the Auction raised $6000 for the Rockbridge County Hospice, and PAD hopes that this year’s event is just as successful.
Phi Alpha Delta (PAD) is an international law fraternity composed of law student members, pre-law members, practicing attorneys, legal educators, leading jurists, and prominent elected officials. The Staples Chapter of PAD at Washington & Lee is a service-based law fraternity.
