Access Student Email from Smartphone

To Access Windows Live Email from Smartphone

  1. Add Account (this may be different for each model of phone).
  2. Select "Exchange" if offered an option.
  3. For username, enter your entire email address (ex. yourname@law.wlu.edu)
  4. For server name, type pod51000.outlook.com
  5. Use your normal email password.
  6. External IMAP port: 993 (override)
  7. External SMTP port: 587 (override)

Emails should now begin to sync to your phone inbox.
