THERE IS NO FULLY FUNCTIONING "DOCUMENT INSPECTOR" IN A WORD 2011 DOCUMENT;

YOU MAY USE WORD PREFERENCES TO SOME EXTENT, BUT YOU MUST MANUALLY DELETE COMMENTS AND CHECK TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE REMOVED.

1] Open the document.

2] Select WORD, then PREFERENCES from the DROP-DOWN MENU..

3] UnderPREFERENCES, choose SECURITY

4] In the SECURITY dialog box (below), select PRIVACY OPTIONS, and then click the OK button.
