Jodie O'LearyJodie has a Bachelor of Arts from Central Queensland University and a LLB (Hons) and LLM (High Distinction) from Bond University. Prior to entering academia Jodie practised as a Barrister, specialising largely in Juvenile Justice. She was also selected as an Australian Youth Ambassador for Development to work at a Community Legal Centre in Timor Leste, sparking her interest in transitional Justice. She is now an Assistant Professor at Bond University and a PhD candidate at the Centre for International Governance and Justice, Regulatory Institutions Network at the Australian National University, researching in the topic of institutional responsibility for international crime (within the context of Timor-Leste). Research and Teaching Interests International Criminal Law, Transitional Justice, Criminal Law and Procedure, Sentencing and Juvenile Justice. |

Vesna Coric EricVesna received her Law Degree with a specialization in European Union law from the University of Belgrade in 2003, as part of a joint program with the University of Nancy in France. In 2005, she was awarded her LL.M in Intercultural Human Rights from St. Thomas University School of Law in Florida. Currently, Vesna is a Research Associate at the Institute of Comparative Law in Serbia. Marianne WadeMarianne received her undergraduate degree from the University of Bristol in 1997. In 2003 she was awarded a Ph.D. by the University of Göttingen for her thesis titled "Crime Prevention by Video Surveillance – Reality in Great Britain, the Future in Germany?" Currently, she is a Senior Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law. Myroslava Antonovych
Myroslava received her Degree in Law in 1995 from Lviv National University in Ukraine. In 1999 she graduated form McGill University in Canada with her LL.M.. She received her Doctor of Law degree from UWU in Munich in 2008. After serving as the Executive Director of the Legal Information Research Center in 2000, Myroslava held the position of the Chair of the Legal Studies Department and currently sits as the Chair of the International Law Department at the University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy's Law School. Research and Teaching Interests Myroslava's research interests include Ukraine and international human rights as well as genocide studies. |

2009: Martin MenneckeMartin Mennecke is lecturer (international law) at the Royal Danish Defence College in Copenhagen, Denmark. Since 2004 he has been an advisor to the Danish government on the International Criminal Court and participates as such in diplomatic meetings in the Hague, at the European Union and the United Nations. Past appointments include serving as member of the Danish delegation to the International Task Force on Holocaust Education, Research and Remembrance (2004-2007). Mr. Mennecke has contributed to several publications in the field of international law and genocide studies, including the German Yearbook of International Law, Century of Genocide and Genocide Studies and Prevention. During his time at W&L, he will conclude his doctoral dissertation, which is titled "At the Heart of the 'Crime of Crimes' – The Protected Groups Element of the UN Genocide Definition." Research and Teaching Interests Public international law, use of force, International Criminal Court, transitional justice, genocide studies.

2008: Mario ReljanovicMr. Reljanovic is a doctoral student and research assistant at the Institute of Comparative Law, Union University School of Law, in Belgrade, Serbia. During his time at W&L, he will undertake research on his doctoral dissertation, which is entitled "Right to Equal Employment Opportunity as International Human Right." Research and Teaching Interests International public law, human rights law, international terrorism and organized crime, military law and security sector reform.
