David Falck 78L New Top Lawyer at Pinnacle West Capital
Washington and Lee Law Class of 1978 graduate David Falck has been named executive vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation and the Arizona Public Service Company.At Pinnacle, Falck will oversee all the company's legal matters and handle issues that involve utility law and public policy issues.
