David S. Caudill

Biography

David S. Caudill received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, his B.A. in philosophy from Michigan State University, and his Ph.D. in philosophy from the Free University of Amsterdam. He clerked for the Hon. John Brown of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit before serving as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas and as a visiting faculty member at Cardozo School of Law, Southern Illinois University, and the University of Florida. He is presently Professor of Law at Villanova University and a Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne.
