USE COMMENTS IN A WORD 2011 DOCUMENT
1] Open the document. 2] Select (highlight) the text in the document that you wish to comment upon. 3] Select the REVIEW TAB, then NEW 4] The comments reading pane should appear, wherein you may type your comment(s). 5] A comment may be edited, much like other text in Word documents. 6] Comments in Word 2011 may need to be deleted manually. One way is to highlight the comment number in the text body and then DELETE.
