About
Professor Evans is a Professor of Practice and Visiting Professor of Accounting at the Williams School of Washington and Lee University. He currently teaches Virginia Law and Procedure at the Washington and Lee University School of Law as a member of the adjunct faculty.
Professor Evans joined the Williams School faculty in September 2014 as an adjunct professor to teach Introduction to Managerial Accounting. Professor Evans has also taught regularly at W&L Law, where his classes have included Accounting for Lawyers. Professor Evans has also taught at James Madison University. He practiced law for 20 years where his focus was primarily the investigation and pursuit of embezzlement and other corporate abuse claims against members of the board of directors and officers of private businesses and financial institutions.
