About
Frank Duemmler co-founded Kayne Anderson's real estate private equity platform in 2007 and currently is a Strategic Advisor after most recently serving as COO/CFO. He previously served as CIO and sat on the valuation and investment committees. Duemmler has more than 40 years of wide-ranging experience in real estate and financial services. Prior to joining Kayne Anderson Real Estate, he played a key senior role in the successful IPO of a real estate investment company on the London Stock Exchange's AIM, and the subsequent investment of those funds in several mixed-use real estate developments in India. Duemmler has also held senior positions at numerous leading investment firms, where he successfully built a commercial mortgage origination group, developed the initial home equity lending product, managed and restructured more than $700 million in commercial real estate loans and more than $400 million in merchant banking transactions. As a private banker at Chase (now JP Morgan Chase), Merrill Lynch and PNC Bank, he advised high net worth clients on investment and finance opportunities, as well as hedging strategies.
