About
Hector DeJesus is an attorney and entrepreneur based in New York City. A 2016 graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law, he currently teaches the Entertainment Law Practicum at the school as a member of the adjunct faculty.
As the founder of DeJesus Law PLLC, he represents international artists and producers in Latin and American music, social media influencers, radio/podcast personalities, concert and club promoters, and entertainment industry entrepreneurs. DeJesus is also CEO and president of DonStatus Entertainment Inc., which negotiates publishing, social networking, digital media, licensing, and promotional agreements for recording artists and performers.
DeJesus is a licensed member of the New York and District of Columbia bars. His prior legal experience includes positions as a fellow with the Future of Privacy Forum in Washington, DC, and as a law clerk with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and MetLife in New York.
