About

The Honorable Lethia Hammond is a judge for the Bath County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, located in Warm Springs, Virginia. Judge Hammond previously served as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the Botetourt County Commonwealth Attorney's Office in Fincastle, Virginia, where she handled all phases of trial in General District, Juvenile and Domestic Relations, and Circuit Court proceedings, and served as special prosecutor in other jurisdictions as needed. Hammond also worked as a summer law clerk for the Alleghany, Botetourt and Craig County Circuit Court in Virginia.
