About

Michael Gaches teaches in the Skills Immersion - Litigation experiential program at the Washington and Lee University School of Law. He is an experienced attorney and recently joined the Labor and Employment group at the law firm Tucker Ellis after serving more than 18 years as an attorney and litigator for the Transportation Security Administration, a component agency of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He also served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Gaches is a member of the Maryland Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
