Nathan Bowden is an attorney, educator, and consultant whose primary research interests involve how we regulate financial institutions and other businesses that offer products and services to consumers. Before starting his own practice, Nathan served for nearly 5 years as General Counsel and Director of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs at the Virginia Credit Union League, a state-level trade association representing Virginia's credit unions. Before that, he served for 6 years as a litigator at an Atlanta-area law firm, taking on cases of interest to the banking and financial-services industries.
