Nathaniel (Nate) Reynolds is an Associate with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York. In the fall of 2026 he co-teaches AI for Legal Practice as a member of the adjunct faculty at the Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Nate's practice focuses on litigation and a wide range of antitrust matters, including merger review, government investigations, and civil litigation. He also has experience in intellectual property litigation. He is a member of the New York bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
