W&L is requiring all community members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 no later than August 8, 2021. Proof of vaccination status will need to be reported to the Student Health Center by July 31. Students also need to submit a copy of their COVID-19 Vaccine Record card to the Student Health Center with the required Health Forms.
W&L requires all students to carry personal health insurance and submit at the beginning of each year both an on-line waiver/enrollment form to First Risk Advisors and the above Health Insurance Form with a copy of all insurance cards to the Student Health Center. If you do not have health insurance coverage, you have the option of purchasing a student health insurance plan. You may access information about this plan at www.firststudent.com - select W&L from the drop down menu and click on "Review Brochures." In addition to submitting the three forms above, students will receive an email from First Risk Advisors later in the summer with information about the mandatory waiver/enrollment form, which you may complete online.
Required health forms are due in the Student Health Center by July 31; questions should be directed to StudentHealth@wlu.edu.
Visit the University's Student Health Center website for general information about campus health services, student health insurance options, etc.
An official final undergraduate transcript must be submitted to LSAC no later than June 30.
